Job Responsibilities :
- Support the sales and marketing team with various field activities, including progress reporting, internal meetings, and client engagement.
- Assist in executing field marketing and brand awareness campaigns to meet market share and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audience preferences and implement brand strategies accordingly.
- Work with agency partners to plan and execute integrated brand awareness and field marketing initiatives.
- Educate the target audience about our brands and maintain a positive brand image.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Passion for helping others and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven company.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in a field related to sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a professional drive.
- Willingness to collaborate across teams to achieve common objectives.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Please Note :
- This is an entry-level position.
- Daily travel to our office in Mission Hills is required.
- Local candidates only (or those willing to relocate within 2 weeks of an offer).
