Pay Range : $17 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience :
- Ability to deal with multiple issues at one time
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Critical thinking and ability to make decisions in ambiguous scenarios
- Attention to detail
- Reviewing, investigating, and resolving issues quickly
- Understand regulatory processes and guidelines related to return mail processing
- Comfortable working with multiple user interfaces and source systems at one time
- Data entry experience
- High School Diploma or GED
