Seeking a Physician Assistant with Urology experience that is innovative, compassionate and flexible who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility!
Come join a team and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
Outpatient Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 : 00 pm
Provider schedule Four 10-hour days per week
Fulltime, permanent
No after hour call requirements
Average 15-17 patients per day
For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a tele-scribe can be provided
Epic EHR, Growing and expanding financially stable hospital
Well-established referral base throughout Northeast Oregon
Clinic consists of 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure room
2 point-of-care BK ultrasound machines, Olympus cystoscopy equipment, Laborie urodynamics equipment
Minimum of 1 : 1 clinical support staff
Pacific Northwest community nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains surrounded by Eagle Caps, Wallowa and Elkhorn mountain ranges nearby.

Compensation and Benefits :
Very competitive total compensation opportunity which includes :
Quality incentives up to $20k
RVU bonus based on annual threshold
