Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing billing processes, scheduling projects efficiently, overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and coaching team members, and maintaining overall company morale.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in construction management or a related field, with strong leadership skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
They should possess excellent communication skills, a strategic approach to decision-making, and a commitment to driving company profitability.
