About the team
This product manager will be responsible for products and features for the Partner Product team, working with cross-functional partners across the e-commerce organization (business, policy, product, marketing, developing end-to-end product strategy and design, and executing on the product roadmap to deliver new innovations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Collect and analyze market insights and trends to achieve full understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and players.
- Collaborate with cross function teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, foster a thriving partner ecosystem providing diverse service capabilities to merchants.
- Complete ownership of product feature development, from initial requirement management to post-live analysis, drive the best product efficiency and experience.
- Create and design APIs for independent software vendors (ISVs), for seamless integration into TikTok Shop services.
Minimum Qualifications - A minimum 5 years' product management experience.- In-depth understanding of eCommerce business and Open API systems.
- Deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and app platforms.- Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity.
- Technical proficiency with API design and development. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Machine learning and software engineering experience is a plus.- E-commerce or marketplace product background is a plus.
