Job Description
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparing detailed budget templates, consolidating department budgets, and analyzing budget submissions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning and short-term operational decision-making.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying trends and variances.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the executive team and Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide financial guidance and support.
- Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments to evaluate the financial impact of potential decisions.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of financial planning and analysis.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity and commitment to the mission of the organization.
