Responsibilities :
- Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines.
- Understand and interpret client event briefs and digital requirements.
- Provide consultation to our clients on best practices for solutions.
- Configure, deliver and maintain event websites, virtual platforms, mobile apps, registration sites, online surveys, email campaigns, virtual and onsite event builds, or any other products produced by Stova on behalf of clients.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the production and delivery process by checking content and functionality.
- Provide superior customer service and ongoing support internally and externally.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and in budget.
- Ability to deliver single-stream projects autonomously, serving as the main point of internal and client contact for the duration of the project.
- Some travel to deliver solutions onsite at client events, most likely 1-2 times annually.

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- A can-do attitude with a high level of personal motivation
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and time management skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Strong presentation and meeting management skills
- Must be able to quickly build credibility amongst team members and prospective clients
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction and strategy
- Technically competent with various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years’ experience working within a within a professional customer focused office environment
- Previous experience in an event management software organization and / or the event service industry is desirable
