Job Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will :
- Direct all contract management service operations at a single account / unit.
- Plan and supervise special functions.
- Maintain cash control and payroll records financial management to drive growth.
- Hire and train unit personnel.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and good public relations.
- Provide local leadership and strategic direction while developing the team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the management / administrative team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food service management role, preferably in senior living or a similar environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing all aspects of a food service operation, including financial management and team development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of local health department regulations and senior living dining standards.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and food management software.
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent, with a commitment to upholding high food safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends, to ensure dining services meet residents' needs.
