Clubhouse Facilities Manager
Location : Arrowhead Country Club & Legend at Arrowhead Glendale, AZ
Arrowhead Country Club is seeking a diligent and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our two prestigious club's facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for members and staff.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for the club's facilities, including golf course structures, clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts, and other amenities.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and electrical systems in the clubhouse and surrounding facilities.
- Conduct HVAC system inspections and limited servicing as required.
- Complete general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse interior and exterior areas.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards related to facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives, including waste management and recycling programs.
- Plan and oversee renovation, repair, and improvement projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with club management to address member concerns related to facilities and amenities, ensuring exceptional member satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, supplies, and inventory related to facility operations.
- Active communication with vendors with competitive quotes and pricing.
- Financially responsible for following a monthly / yearly budget.
- Addressing and eliminating safety hazards in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (3+ years) in facility management, preferably in a hospitality or club environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members, staff, and vendors.
- Understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong business acumen and financially responsible.
- Accurate department weekly forecasting.
- Maintaining a friendly, positive attitude, and is no stranger to having FUN!
Role Includes :
- Might be required to work some late evenings and early mornings including holidays and weekends.
