Unit Specifics : · Number of Beds : 10· Patient Ratios : 1 : 5· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Ideally we have 2 nurses, one CNA and one Milieu staff each shift· Type of equipment : ligature reduced· Documentation system : Meditech· Scheduling requirements : 3 12 hour Noc shifts per week, 4 weekend days a month· Floating policy : Floating when needed but rarely happens· Patient Experience requirements : Psych experience preferredHospital Specifics-· Certifications : BLS
