Our agency is growing and we want you! Liliam Cardot-Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to fill a full-time role in our office.

We want a highly organized professional who loves interacting with others and can light up a room with their personality.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with our clients and ensuring they get the top-notch service they deserve.

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
  • Issue insurance documentation, process customer policy change requests, take payments and update information as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, handle objections, and solve or refer problems.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
  • Expands / rounds our existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage.

Requirement

  • Must have a Personal Lines License.
  • 1+ years experience in customer service. Insurance experience is a BONUS!
  • Insurance experience is not required. Must be willing to learn, coached, and trained.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English : Excellent Written / Verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer software knowledge
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and build relationships with customers
  • Professional phone and office etiquette
