- Outpatient only call with nurse triage as first point as contact (Call is by phone, less than one week / year)

Position Qualifications
Physician Assistant
- Current Minnesota Licensure as a Physician Assistant through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Physician Assistant Certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Valid DEA Registration
Nurse Practitioner
- Current licensure as RN in State of Minnesota
- Current registration as a nurse practitioner with the MN Board of Nursing
- Valid DEA Registration
