Responsibilities
- You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and assess clients with legal transactions.
- Represent clients in court.
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
- Advise clients on legal disputes for personal injury and civil litigation.
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
- Manage all functions related to the practice of law.
Qualifications
- JD and member of California Bar.
- Previous experience as a licensed attorney.
- Familiarity with various legal documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Participated in Depositions.
- Court Appearances.
- Motion Practice.
- Trial Work.
- Excellent writing skills.
Regarding Remote Work : We allow our attorneys to work remotely when it is appropriate. We encourage them to work from home after completing the three-month probationary period.
