Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

Position Description :
The Team Leader’s primary responsibility will be maintaining employee morale while helping the Coordinators and Directors execute and delegate the tasks to team members.
This is a critically important role, as its biggest function is bridging the gap between team members and top tier leadership.
These should be some of the most positive, outgoing, encouraging people in the store, while being attentive to detail and proactive.
They are to be always encouraging the team (general encouragement and encouragement toward goals like speed of service, etc.
They should also be people who have a constant positive attitude and ongoing spirit of camaraderie / teamwork and passion for the entire organization.
They run shifts, breaks, delegate tasks / projects, answer questions, help with training, open / close the restaurant, and resolves guests concerns and complaints.
This Team Leader Must Be :

- Humble : values teamwork, doesn’t act superior or irreplaceable, listens
