ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : (85%) Equipment Transportation & Maintenance Transports equipment to appropriate destinations in safe manner within pre-determined schedule Sets up and takes down unit according to van manufacturer's and company guidelines Ensures preventive maintenance and general maintenance is performed according to government regulations and within company guidelines using most cost-effective manner Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of transportation equipment Maintains cleanliness of transportation equipment to include weekly or bi-weekly exterior washing Performs monthly maintenance on vehicle Ensures tractors and trailers are DOT compliant at all times (10%) Administrative Support Maintains current logs including electronic logs and fuel / mileage reports, and submits in timely manner Documents daily vehicle inspections and monthly maintenance on vehicle Completes expense reports and time reports in timely manner and submit to appropriate supervision for approvals Ensures unit contains current registrations, permits and insurance documents at all times.

Assists in obtaining documentation from state and local agencies as requested Contacts customers and third parties to confirm availability for deliveries and pick up Completes expenses within Wells Fargo Tracks and completes payroll information with ADP (5%) Performs other duties as assigned Required : High school diploma or equivalent Valid Class "A" driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass DOT drug, alcohol and physical screens Preferred : 5 years of commercial driver experience RAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.
