About The Position

Duration : 13weeks to 1 year
Shift Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 1630 p.m, 9 : 30 a.m.-1800 p.m., or 1130am to 20 : 00 occasionally earlier or later depending on needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Dispensing prescription medications accurately and safely. Providing medication counseling to ensure patient understanding and adherence.
Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans. Ensuring medication safety by monitoring for potential risks and interactions.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient medications. shall provide pharmacy duties during the specific tour of duty as well as rotation into other duty assignments as needed to support patient care, as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualification :
License : Current valid board certified any state license
Certifications : BLS
Experience : minimum of twelve (12) months relevant experience within the last thirty-six (36) months.
