The Brian Beatty Team is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and maximizing revenue.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who embodies the spirit of a grinder and hustles hard to achieve outstanding results.

We offer hourly plus bonuses. This position does not offer benefits at this time. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents.

Our Team offers training that actually works with today's prospects, rather than using old-school sales methods that simply turn people off.

Compensation : $40,000 - $100,000+

Responsibilities :

  • Qualify the incoming leads for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele.
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals.
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads.
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and a team mentality.
  • High school diploma required , bachelor’s degree preferred.

Self-Starter Mentality :

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently. You should be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions without constant supervision.

Tech Savviness :

Proficiency in current office systems and technology is essential. You should have a strong understanding of software applications, hardware, and various digital tools commonly used in office environments.

This includes but is not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, email clients, project management software, and collaboration tools.

Adaptability :

The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn new systems is crucial. You should be comfortable navigating through different software interfaces, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying up to date with emerging office technologies.

Problem-Solving Skills :

A strong problem-solving mindset is essential. You should be able to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to streamline office operations and optimize workflow.

Attention to Detail :

Meticulous attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy and precision in managing office systems. You should be thorough in your work, carefully documenting processes, and maintaining organized electronic files.

Collaboration and Communication :

While self-starting is important, you should also be a team player with excellent communication skills. The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, understand their technology needs, and provide assistance and guidance when required is vital.

Continuous Learning :

Technology is ever-evolving, and we value individuals who are eager to stay updated and embrace ongoing learning opportunities.

You should have a passion for exploring new tools, attending training sessions, and expanding your knowledge base to improve office systems and processes continually.
