- Monitor patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Observe patients' progress throughout treatment.
- Consult patients' families about the patients' progress.
Follow up visits with patients with home health needs. Training and benefits available! Qualifications :
- Must have an active year clinical experience
- Active LVN license in OR
- Active drivers license with a clean DMV
