Das erwartet dich bei uns :
- Du trgst zur Gesamtverantwortung fr den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des BOSS Outlets bei, mit dem Team bernimmst Du stellvertretend alle in diesem Zusammenhang anfallenden operativen Aufgaben
- Assistenz bei der Personalfhrung, -planung und -entwicklung
- Du bist mitverantwortlich fr den reprsentativen visuellen Auftritt des Stores im Rahmen der Gesamtstrategie des HUGO BOSS Konzerns
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von innovativen Service- und Merchandisingkonzepten
- Du sorgst fr einen optimalen Kundenservice hinsichtlich Beratung und Verkauf unserer hochwertigen Produkte
Das ist dein Profil :
- Erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung in allen Belangen der Handelsbetriebslehre wie beispielsweise als Kaufmann / -frau im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Bereits mehrjhrige einschlgige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im hochwertigen Modeeinzelhandel
- Du hast Spa an Mitarbeiterfhrung und -entwicklung und verfgen ber die Fhigkeit, als Vorbild ein Team zu motivieren
- Du besitzt fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office Anwendungen und optimalerweise SAP) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprgte Verkaufsorientierung, Organisationstalent sowie Leidenschaft fr Mode und Lifestyle
- Du begeisterst das Team und unsere Kunden mit Deinem sicheren Auftreten, Deiner positiven Ausstrahlung, Deinem Einfhlungsvermgen sowie Spa am Verkaufen
