- Obtaining, preparing and / or filing documents, certificates, statements, amendments and forms
- Affordable housing experience is a plus
- Preparing and tracking closing checklists from letter of intent through completion of closing binders for commercial loans and acquisitions / dispositions
- Review due diligence materials
