Key Responsibilities : Triaging and resolving complex donor and agent contacts via phone, email, or instant messagingProcessing administrative duties and accurately updating donor recordsProviding support to inbound call volume and responding to questions from donors and agentsRequired Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum six years of customer service or telerecruiting experience requiredAt least 18 months of experience as a Red Cross TelerecruiterProficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneouslyAbility to adapt to ongoing change in a fast-paced environment
