As a Healthcare Business Analyst- RCM , you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities : -
- Requirement Gathering : Conduct meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and user stories.
- Business Process Analysis : Map and model business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Work with business teams to design new processes or enhance existing ones.
- Solution Development : Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Assist in the design and implementation of system changes, upgrades, or new systems.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Use data analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data to drive business decisions.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
Project Management Support : Work with project managers to ensure business requirements are met during project implementation.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any risks or issues.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment of project goals. Provide regular updates and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed.
- Testing & Validation : Participate in or coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet the business requirements.
Support system training and documentation for end-users.
Experience : -
5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field

Educational Qualifications : -
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Technical Skills : -
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, JIRA, Tableau, or other data analytics tools).
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Strong Analytical skills Health Care Experience Must RCM Preferred.
