Job Responsibilities :
- Experienced medical director with a proven track record
- Flexible schedule with approximately 10 clinical shifts monthly
- No procedures and no codes / rapids
- Administrative time includes some protected time and some during clinical shifts
- Oversight of more than 20 clinicians
- Foster a positive culture and patient-centered care
- Involvement with performance, quality, safety, and efficiency; committee representation
