Key Responsibilities : Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students.Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with identified speech and language needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure the delivery of appropriate interventions and support.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.Provide direct speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings.
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and professional development.Qualifications : Must hold a current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
Must possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Position Details : Full-Time, 37.
5 hours per week.Caseload will include students in grades K-12, assigned based on district needs.Competitive salary based on experience and district pay scale.
