We have an exciting opportunity for a EHP Test Facility Project Manager to join our JETS II contract team at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX .
If selected you will :
- Help provide project management for facility support for the Integrated Testing and Facilities (ITF) Team on behalf of EHP.
- This would include project management support to run a NASA facility project from requirements definition, design reviews, construction, verification, and facility certification (Operational Readiness Inspection / Test Readiness Review) all while ensuring that the project is staying on schedule and at cost.
- This would include providing regular status meetings to upper level management.
- This task would also include overseeing other existing facility projects to provide input to EHP management to forecast any issues in cost and schedule.
- This is a highly fluid working environment where coordinating across multiple projects, programs, and hardware providers is needed.
- Experience with facility project management is highly desired with a bonus to have specific NASA or DOD experience.
- Help develop facility requirements documents, identify future capability needs based on projected Program needs.
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications :

Typically requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering and normally possess 5 - 10 years of related experience.
License and certification may be required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in working with engineers in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with JSC test facilities, processes, and procedures
- Experience with integration and testing
- Project technical management experience including planning, scheduling, and risk reduction.
- Critical thinking on complex projects
