About The Position
RN Long Term Care
Location : Mauston, WI
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift Information : Full Time, Day Shift : week 1 : four - 9 hour shifts & week 2 : five - 8 hours shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation

Position Summary :
The Nursing Home Registered Nurse position assists with day-to-day nursing activities. This is an important role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare.
Essential Job Duties :
Timely communication to physicians, families, etc. of significant changes in resident condition
Complete all applicable resident assessments
Complete medication administration while following the 5 Rights
Perform wound care and assessments as needed
Assist CNAs with answering call lights
Monitor residents for changes in condition
Act as leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
Report any allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator
Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting
Perform other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications :
Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Two-year degree in nursing required. Four-year degree in nursing preferred.
Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
Current CPR / BLS certification required.
1+ years of related work experience preferred.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
