Responsibilities :
- Oversee the turnkey installation of new manufactured homes.
- Oversee contractors to ensure they complete the scope of work on time & provide quality results by meeting and going above standards
- Will report daily to the Construction Manager with status updates and issues
- Will consult stakeholders and develop solutions as onsite issues arise
- Responsible for attending municipal inspections and updating the field app with completion dates and daily notes with specific details so that information can be reported to the client
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in construction or manufactured housing, project coordinating, and sub-contractor management.
- Must have reliable truck and be willing to drive your personal vehicle for transporting materials. *Mileage reimbursement will be provided*
- Proficient in Microsoft office suites, customer service, or related field
- Most be able to communicate effectively and respectfully.
- Must be detail orientated, accountable, and have a bias for action.
