Performance Marketing : Associate Media Manager
Primary purpose : The Associate Media Manager will be a subject matter expert on digital media best practices across a diversified channel mix.
This role is responsible for planning, building, optimizing & reporting on campaigns for supported brands & paid media channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple clients, with a focus on driving performance and ROI to meet the brand goals.
Key responsibilities :
- Responsible for executing, optimizing and managing performance-based campaigns across multiple paid media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform actionable data-driven decisions and continuous optimization.
- Provide channel strategy input & recommendations that meet brand objectives & achieve media KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance across all platforms.
- Meet with channel vendors to ensure we are up to date on platform best practices, new features & tests, and monitoring performance relative to our industry.
- Stay abreast industry best practices, trends, algorithm updates and emerging technologies to proactively apply new knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, analytics, creative, and sales to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Partner with our agencies and internal brand teams to translate creative strategies and vision into effective media plans.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports; highlighting trends and recommended optimizations across paid media channels.
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate expectations and ongoing improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Minimum of 3-5 years in advertising, media management, and / or media buying; experience in paid search, with hands-on executional experience in planning and running large-scale campaigns across Google, Bing and Meta (agency experience preferred).
- Up to date on paid media best practices.
- Experience designing, setting up and analyzing results for A / B tests.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Detailed oriented, organized and ability to multi-task.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are preferred but not required.
