Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative

Location : Huntington Beach
Seeking a dedicated Bilingual Support Agent to join our team! This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service for our medical device products.
The position requires a flexible schedule, primarily working from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Some weekend availability is required, but it's minimal mainly the occasional Sunday after completing training.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and explain complex concepts related to our medical devices
- Handle inbound sales and support calls, and make outbound calls as needed
- Assist clients with activations and enrollment processes
- Accurately complete tasks and close support cases
- Address customer complaints with a positive, patient, and friendly approach
- Control the conversation effectively to guide customers through their inquiries
- Collaborate with credit, sales, shipping, and other departments to ensure timely and effective customer service
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through excellent support
Qualifications :
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Reliable and able to complete work accurately and on time
- Strong computer skills to manage technical information and support tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with colleagues, superiors, and customers
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer care
- Attention to detail is essential
