Job Description :

• Provider's choice : 7 : 00 am-3 : 00 pm, 7 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm, and 7 : 00 am-7 : 00 pm shifts available
• Call Rotation : 1 : 6 with post call day off, optional but preferred. Call Stipends & Shift differentials!
• Surgical Cases are primarily bread and butter including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, and Urology. No hearts, trauma, or Neuro cases.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Compensation based on years of licensure : - 0-4 years of Licensure :
• 1880 Annual Hours- BR,080
• 2080 Annual Hours- BR,419 - 5+ years of Licensure :
• 1880 Annual Hours- BR,880
• 2080 Annual Hours- BR,424

• Relocation Allowance if applicable : The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursement-based system.

Providers receive the amount in their contract, and they can submit receipts for reimbursement up to that amount.
