Job Details
- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development of machine design, automation, and custom build projects.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide effective engineering solutions.
- Apply a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design to develop innovative solutions that meet complex engineering challenges.
- Oversee the integration of automation and custom build solutions into existing systems to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution and successful outcomes.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in machine design, automation, and custom build technology to continuously improve engineering processes and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software.
- Experience in troubleshooting automated equipment and tooling design.
