Senior Program Manager – Vehicle Data PMO

Job Description

Required Qualifications :

4+ years of Software project / program management or related experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field.

Experience leading programs with technical and non-technical teams.

Strong program management experience, with practical familiarity in Agile, Scaled Agile Framework and Waterfall methodologies, applied where most effective.

Proven track record of influencing without direct authority, fostering collaboration.

Demonstrated leadership in motivating cross-functional team members across different time zones and backgrounds to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.

Lead teams through change, fostering a culture of adaptability by adjusting project / program plans accordingly and ensure appropriate communication to all stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills.

What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications) :

Experience administrating and configuring tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Service Now or similar tools

Domain knowledge in Vehicle Data

PMP Certification

This role allows to be remote, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of the location, you are expected to report to that location three times a week.

This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
