Join Quill as the Vice President of Merchandising and Pricing, a pivotal role where you will lead and shape our merchandising and pricing strategies to drive market share growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue maximization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of merchandising and pricing strategies to achieve company sales and profitability goals.
- Oversee pricing models, competitive analysis, and market positioning to ensure optimal pricing and profitability across product lines.
- Drive product assortment decisions in alignment with customer demand, market trends, and business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure favorable pricing, product availability, and optimal terms for Quill.
- Develop promotional strategies in partnership with the marketing team to boost sales and drive customer engagement.
- Lead and inspire a team of directors and managers responsible for day-to-day pricing and merchandising operations.
- Ensure compliance with pricing regulations and corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with finance to forecast sales, margins, and profitability targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in pricing analytics and merchandising processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience leading Data, Analytics, Data Science, and Technical teams.
- Experience leading pricing and merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Previous experience with market analysis, competitive pricing models, and consumer behavior.
- Experience working with advanced pricing analytics tools and merchandising platforms.
