Project Manager
Location : Seattle, WA
Department : Finance & Inventory Systems Team
About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (PM) to join our Finance & Inventory Systems team on a contract basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing documentation and processes across multiple teams, developing project status reports for leadership, coordinating financial review sessions, and capturing team achievements and recognition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Standardize Documentation and Processes
- Collaborate with DevOps, Java, Database, Finance, and External Pods teams to standardize documentation and processes.
- Utilize Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira to manage and streamline workflows across teams located in different time zones.
- Develop Project Status Decks
- Create comprehensive project status decks for leadership and stakeholders, providing clear insights into project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
- Coordinate Internal Financial Review Sessions
- Organize and lead financial review sessions, ensuring thorough and accurate financial analysis and reporting for the team.
- Capture and Document Achievements
- Document and communicate team achievements and recognition, fostering a positive and motivating environment for all team members.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira.
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
