About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet company's revenue goals
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, and online platforms
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals with potential clients
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback to ensure their success
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and materials
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial position
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and continuously changing business environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and attend networking events as required
