About the Role :

As a Senior Product Manager for the AdRise Ad Exchange, you will embark on an exciting and challenging journey to elevate our AdRise supply stack.

Serving as the linchpin in our product's lifecycle, you will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and market launch.

Your role entails leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that set the industry standard in ad tech, ensuring that AdRise remains at the forefront of TV streaming innovation.

Your contribution is pivotal in defining the future of our video ad delivery systems, with a focus on enhancing incremental demand access, expanding video ad reach, and driving improvements in creative delivery.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the product development lifecycle for the AdRise Ad Exchange, focusing on execution from concept through to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to build products that optimize the efficiency and reach of AdRise's ad serving capabilities
  • Define clear product roadmaps based on a deep understanding of market needs, technological trends, and AdRise's strategic priorities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, prioritizing product features and resources to meet business objectives
  • Spearhead the rollout and adoption strategies for new features, measuring product performance and iterating based on feedback and data

Qualifications :

  • 5-7 years of experience in the ad tech industry, with an emphasis on publisher-side solutions, including : ad serving, programmatic advertising, header bidding, and related technologies as well as in-depth knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), ad exchanges, SSPs, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and related technologies.
  • Extensive understanding of ad serving protocols, such as OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID, and experience with integrations with third-party ad servers
  • Proven track record of successfully building and launching ad exchange or SSP related products, with a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects involved
  • Ability to develop a strategic product roadmap and translate it into actionable plans, features, and requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use SQL and BI tools to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to drive product optimization and revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with measurement, identity landscape, and privacy regulations within the advertising industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

  • Master’s degree in computer science or related field

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below.

This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

$132,000 - $188,000 USD

Colorado and Washington (excluding Seattle, WA)

$119,000 - $170,000 USD
