About The Position
- Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Monday - Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 Experience : New graduates are welcome;
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred License : State license verification required Certifications : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Must-Have : Resume- License verification- Three references- Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior- Completion of prescreen Job Description : Ensure prescreen documentation is completed and attached upon submitting as needed- Gather and attach resume and license verification;
incomplete submissions may lead to declination- Credentials required include : - State license verification - Resume - Three references - Criminal background checks (7 years for county, federal, and multi-state searches) - Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG search - GSA search - Social Security Number trace - 1 Step PPD, Quantiferon, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray - SAM search - ACHA update (every 5 years) - Good Moral Character Affidavit - The position requires normal urgency- Bilingual skills and holiday coverage are not required
