The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of commissioning experience. He should have hands-on experience writing test procedures, performing prefunctional and functional tests, and writing commissioning reports.
He should also have at least 5 years of experience supervising multi-project commissioning teams. He must have business development skills and must have been responsible for a business unit’s profit / loss performance.
He must be a licensed professional engineer and must be certified by at least one of : ACG - Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), BCA Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), or ASHRAE Cx Process Mgmt.
