Job Requirements :
- Read, comprehend, and apply written work instruction
- Capable of performing detail-oriented and repetitive work
- Able to effectively and efficiently work in a fast-paced environment
- Comply with performance and conduct standards
- Comply with all safety instructions and protective equipment requirements
- Follow client policies and procedures
- Comply with uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance
- Work with minimum supervision
- Complete training requirements in a timely manner
- Good oral and written communication
- All other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements :
- Read, comprehend and apply written standardized work.
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate weights of 10 50 pounds for extended periods of time
- Hand / eye coordination with arm / hand / finger dexterity including the ability to grasp with visual Inspect, rework, and sort parts in accordance with customer requirements
- 20 / 20 vision / corrected vision with no color blindness
- Able to pass a criminal background check Able to pass initial and subsequent drug screenings
