What you will do :

• A result driven role model for the team in sales plan generation and exceptional customer focus through building genuine relationships.
• Work with the team to maintain a beautifully presented store through stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
• Motivates and inspires the team to achieve / exceed hourly, daily, weekly business goals using strong business acumen skills.
• Generates ideas to evolve and grow the business.

Work Schedule Requirements :

• Available when needed including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to our peak business periods such as holiday season (November and December).
• May be scheduled opening, mid, or closing shifts, depending on store business and staffing levels.
• Must be comfortable working alone while providing single coverage shifts.
• Availability : must be a minimum of 12 hours / 3 shifts weekly and must allow for the store to adhere to company policy, effective scheduling guidelines and applicable law.
• Shifts range from 2.5 to 8 hours depending on business needs, not to exceed 29 hours per week.
• This position is non-exempt; all must be recorded and paid.
• Sales Lead are expected to take all meal and rest periods in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.

Actual starting pay for this role is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, relevant skills, education, and geographic location.
