Amazing Home Care is actively seeking a Full-Time Coordinator . Bilingual English-Chinese (Must speak both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Responsibilities :
- Match, assign, and schedule caregivers based on skill level, availability, and customer requirements
- Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families
- Receive and process incoming requests for new home care services
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, as well as, internal policies and procedures
Requirements :
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to multi-task
- Team player
