Responsibilities :
Conductsconsultations with clients to discuss all details of their desiredexperiences needs and budget
Designs fun& exciting itineraries
Selltransportation accommodations and activities to our guests
Buildrelationships with preferred suppliers and our guests
Managereservations special requests and payments
Finalizesdetailed itineraries and ensures all documentation is presented;providing relevant information and the dissemination of guestmaterials including departure information
Monitor andreport booking process including any problems complaints or refundrequests
Knowledge Skills andQualifications :
A passionfor exploring the world
Highlyorganized with a strong attention to detail
Degree inMarketing Hospitality or Business a plus but not required
Selfdrivenin an autonomous remote environment
Ability toset goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them
Ability tospeak multiple languages will be highly regarded
