Loan Officer Commercial Mortgage
Pay : $150,000 to $300,000 per year
Location : Irvine, California
Schedule : Monday to Friday

Loan Officer, Commercial Mortgage
Wilshire Finance Partners is a direct , portfolio lender and the manager of several real estate funds. Because we close loans using our money and through strategic relationships, we have created a great funding platform for our borrowers and loan officers.
We're looking for experienced loan officers who are financially motivated, driven to succeed and want to be part of a growing organization.

About You
- Self-motivated and energetic - driven to grow your business
- Track record of closing loans
- Excellent sales and business development skills
- History of meeting and beating sales goals
- Experience with multifamily (5+ units) lending and / or commercial mortgage lending required; experience with private credit / bridge lending is required (no exceptions please)
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and apply new information and processes
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bachelors degree
- California Real Estate License in Good Standing
This position is based in our Irvine, California offices. This is not a remote position .
