Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a school setting and a passion for supporting students' behavioral and educational needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to implement behavior strategies
- Monitor and evaluate student progress
Qualifications :
- BCBA certification required
- Experience in a school setting required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
