The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in event planning and marketing, with a proven track record of successfully coordinating and promoting events that engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing events from conception to completion including in-person, and virtual events, and third party conferences.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.Coordinate campaign logistics and manage content creation, budget tracking, and performance monitoring.
Monitor event performance and produce post-event reports to assess effectiveness and ROI.Collaborate with cross-functional team such as marketing, sales, design, and external partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment by communicating key details and deliver on overall business goals.
Maintain alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy.
Requirements2-5 years of experience in event planning and marketing.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
