Role & Responsibilities
Support MB2's homebase hiring needs by working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract the best candidates
Track and manage jobs and candidates in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Review submitted resumes and source passive candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Negotiate job offers with candidates and facilitate the onboarding process
Actively build a bench of talent compatible with the company culture for future hiring needs
Participate in Talent Acquisition events and conferences as needed
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications
3-5 years of recruiting experience is required
Corporate recruiting experience is preferred
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS
Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
Results-driven personality with strong organizational skills
Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload
Polished and professional presentation and communication style
Must be local to DFW as the role will require in-office presence with the option for some remote work
