Summary : Seeking a Sr CNC Programmer with extensive experience in numerical control parts programming and advanced software tools for complex part manufacturing.
Job Requirements :
10+ years of experience in numerical control parts programming
Expertise in math modeling with an emphasis on 5-axis complex surfaces parts machine programming
Proficiency using Unigraphics (NX) programming software
Experience using Vericut simulation software
Familiarity with Fanuc and Siemens 840D controls
Preferred Skills :
Advanced knowledge of CAD or Automated program Tools
Job Responsibilities :
Develop / revise / proof programs for complex parts surfacing to meet specifications
Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and process requirements to determine feasibility
Define part geometry for NC machine tools using CAD or Automated program Tools
Develop manufacturing packages including tool orders, setup sheets, cutting tool descriptions, NC operations sheets, operator instructions, and program manuscripts
Maintain software / document data to update numerical control part programs reflecting engineering changes
Guide / mentor machine operators and lower level programmers to ensure understanding of program functions and obtain performance feedback
Pay Details : $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
