Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business requirements and ensure they are clearly articulated with proposed potential solutions.
- Collect data from various sources and have a continuous process improvement mindset.
- Build and create a priority roadmap of Intelligent Automation Process Candidates (IAPC).
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.
- Contribute to the design and testing of RPA processes.
- Identify ways to improve performance and robustness.
- Participate in code reviews and lead progress update meetings.
- Offer technical solutions, effort estimation, and outline delivery strategy and plans.
- Execute the staging and deployment of automation solutions in both sandbox and live environments.
- Provide dedicated support and configuration assistance post-production.
- Create documentation and user guides for RPA processes.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience of business analysis and project management experience
- Experience working with gathering requirements and implementing solutions in a systematic way
- Analytics driven to measure the impact of RPA solution on processes and teams
- Intellectual curiosity to help get to the best solutions
- Technical understanding of APIs, HTML, and system integrations
- Integration experience and knowledge in how systems efficiently communicate
- Strong prioritization and project management skills, including timely, and proactive communication of timelines, and status
- Experience building and running a repeatable requirement gathering and implementation process
- RPA and UiPath experience or a strong desire to learn is a plus
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $90000 to $115000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
