Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
Soliant has partnered with a school district near Westfield, TXto fill a vacant position for a Registered Behavior Technician for this school year.
This position offers guaranteed full-time hours.
Description of Position :
- Type : Full time (40hours / week), candidates must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Caseload : Assisting teachers with behaviors in STC classroom
- Duration of Contract : Through May 23, 2025
- Pay : $20+ / hour paid weekly
- RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the therapeutic team to support students with developmental disorders.

Required Qualifications :
- Valid RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Solid understanding and practical application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail.
