General Manager
Location : Flix Brewhouse, Albuquerque NM
Salary : $85,000+ with additional robust bonus structure

As the General Manager at Flix Brewhouse, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our guests by leading and managing all aspects of the business, including the front of house, heart of house, and brewery.
Your responsibilities will include managing food processes, projection procedures, inventory, ordering, and optimizing profits and guest satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for managing the development and engagement of the leadership team, as well as the operational success of the building.
To be successful in this role, you should be certified in food handling and alcohol service requirements, such as Serve Safe, and have extensive experience working in the restaurant industry.
You should be a strong leader with the ability to inspire and foster the growth of emerging talent within your team. You should also have a solid understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
In addition, you should have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to effectively manage labor to facilitate a low turnover rate among team members.
You should also be proactive, innovative, and timely in all daily work.
